By using Book My Barber SBS, operated by Social Bulletin Solutions, a service of Finesse It Pro Barbershop LLC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Book My Barber SBS is an online booking and communication platform for barbershops and service businesses. We provide the scheduling software. The services you book are performed by the independent business or service provider you select, not by us.

Booking appointments

• You must provide accurate contact information
• Appointments are subject to the business's availability and its own policies
• Each business sets its own prices, services, hours, cancellation policy, and deposit requirements
• We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of any service performed

Cancellations, no-shows, and deposits

Cancellation windows, no-show policies, late fees, and deposit requirements are set by each individual business and are shown at the time of booking. Where a business requires a deposit, that deposit is processed at booking and refunded according to that business's stated policy. Direct all questions about a specific policy to that business.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and consenting at booking, you agree to receive text messages from the business you booked with, sent through this platform. These include:

• Appointment booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Responses when you call and do not reach the shop
• Post-appointment review requests
• Occasional offers from that business

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking an appointment or purchasing any service. You may book by phone or in person instead.

Payments

We do not process payment for services rendered. Payment is made directly to the business using its own payment method. Where a business collects a booking deposit through the platform, that transaction is handled by our payment processor and governed by that business's refund policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Book appointments you do not intend to keep
• Provide false contact information or impersonate another person
• Use the platform to harass a business, its staff, or other users
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

We may suspend or block access for violating these terms. A business may also block a customer from booking through its own page.

Reviews

Reviews you submit must be your own honest experience. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive, or unrelated to a service received.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may interrupt service.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Bulletin Solutions and Finesse It Pro Barbershop LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any service performed by a business you booked through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us directly, which for most users is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
