- Pick how often you pay commission barbers: daily, weekly or every two weeks. That's it.
How it works
Booth renters see their bill 2 days before it's due and pay you from their barber dashboard. Card payments are marked paid automatically. Late fees only start after your grace days.
Commission barbers run every payment (cuts, tips, products) through your shop. They see their earnings under "My pay," and you pay them out on your schedule.
The bell does the chasing. It lights up for them when rent is due or late, and for you when someone pays.

Is Book My Barber an app?
Yes. Book My Barber SBS is a barber booking app that works on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download. Clients book you from your own booking page or find you in the national barber directory, and you run your day from your dashboard.
Solo barber or shop owner?
Both. Solo barbers get their own booking page. Shop owners can invite barbers as W-2 seats or 1099 independents under their umbrella.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The Basic plan is free for your first year, so you can run your real booking page for a full year without paying a monthly fee. After that it's $10 a month for the whole shop. You only pay 2¢ per client text (emails are free), and 30% of a new client's first booking if you turn on Featured and they find you there. You can also click around the full dashboard in the live demo with no sign-up.
How does Featured work?
Turn on Featured and you show up in the Featured section where clients look for a barber. When a new client books you from there, you pay a share of that first booking after the appointment: 30% on Basic, and nothing on Pro or Elite. The full ticket counts, add-ons included. Every visit after that is yours, free.
How does phone check-in work?
Walk-ins join your line from their phone and see their place and wait time. They get a text when they're close and tap "I'm here" when they walk in. If they're not there when called, they move back two spots once, then drop off the line.
How do I collect booth rent?
Add each renter and their weekly or monthly rent. They get their bill two days before it's due and can pay by card, Cash App or Zelle. You see who's paid, and reminders go out for you.
Shop owner: can it collect booth rent and commissions?
Yes, on Pro and Elite. Add each renter's weekly or monthly rent, or set each barber's commission split for services and products. SBS tracks who owes what, collects it, and gives you statements you can export for taxes. You also get a free Now Hiring page to post open chairs. The Basic plan doesn't include booth rent, commissions or the free hiring page.
Do I need Stripe?
No. SBS subscription billing uses Stripe, but your client payments (deposits, house calls) go directly to you. SBS never handles your client money.
What about my existing calendar?
Two-way Google Calendar sync keeps everything in step. Your SBS bookings appear on Google, and Google events block SBS slots.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Your booking page goes offline, but your data is kept if you come back.
