I got off work 12 hours ,walked my car broke down so extra tired came into barbershop we everything was ok guy took my name and I sat down. There was only one female cutting at the time.I ask the guy hey does she know how to do Mohawk's simple questions, because I had a bad experience in the past.I didn't mean no disrespect but a Women Barber totally mess up my hair In The past ,I am very picky about my hair cut.She the ( barber) gives me the dirtest look respond look I'll sit down make you wait I been on. On my feet all day .Now I am from NY I don't play that disrespectful shit.I said you know what I am out I am leaving.Told her now you can sit down Take a break ,her response oh I will with dirty look. The most bad energy environment and unethical place to be at.I didn't mean no disrespect but it's all good. Not recommend unless you want to feel like your money not appreciated.

Absolutely amazing Barber. I had Isaac and he was a master at his craft. So many people mess up fades and treat haircuts all the same. He was precise with his cut and I could tell he wanted my hair to look good. The photos on other reviews are all legit. Worth every penny. Dont even get me started on the beard trim. I have a very unruly beard thats hard to style. Quickest beard trim of my life and probaly the best cut I'll ever have.

βββββ Just got a cut from Jerz the Barber at Finesse It Pro Barber shop, and I can honestly say this is the best haircut Iβve had in Tampa. I asked for a high drop fade, and Jerz absolutely nailed it β cleanest blend Iβve ever had. With over a decade of experience, Jerz brings serious skill and artistry to the chair. You can tell he cares about the craft. The cut was precise, sharp, and exactly what I wanted. The barbershop itself has a professional vibe, but itβs relaxed and welcoming. If youβre looking for a barber who actually gets it, Jerz is the one. Iβm definitely coming back and highly recommend him to anyone who wants their haircut done right.

Love this shop. The owner is very welcoming and will make sure you are getting the cut you want. Been goin here for about 2+ years and never had a better haircut than this place. Much love
β ASVP Z.
De is the best. She has been doing my sonβs hair for about 4-5 years, when she took a break from the business we were devastated. Everytime he went somewhere else my husband would have to fix something. With De she knows exactly what we are looking for, she is always prompt, and so very pleasant. Doesnβt get much better than that.
β Dee T. Β· with De Hair Doctor
Jerz the barber played me. Not knowing how involved in the industry and business in general, he agreed to book me then took another walk in and called me back telling me that he canβt honor his appointment because he needed to take the walk in after we booked. This is bad business 101. Donβt attempt to book with this guy heβs scared to do color enhancements and stay 20 minutes after hours. Wouldβve paid 159$ for the cut. Oh well

What can I say a lot of barbers are not up to par here in Florida and Jerz is not one of them. I Found Jerz from booksy and his pictures of haircuts. Been coming here over a yr now and would recommend him to anyone . I live in st Pete and drive over just to get cut right!

β Abdallah E. Β· with Isaac "Jerz" Mantilla
No joke, Jerz gave me the best cut Iβve ever had in my life. Dudes authentic and great to talk to, and is OCD with the fade, which is exactly what you want to find in a barber. 6/5 Stars βοΈ
β William L. Β· with Isaac "Jerz" Mantilla
Sharp line ups and clean fades π₯
β Drew S.
This place should receive ZERO stars. This hole in the wall barbershop has no business staying in business. There is no way they are certified barbers. Forget about this barbers scissor work. He canβt even cut with clippers. The barber there does not know the difference between a LOW DROP FADE and an undercut. Even with pictures provided he still could not cut. Then this guy has the audacity to tell me the cut is on him and that he will call his brother (the owner) to fix his mistake. I go fix, fix what, there is nothing to fix you shaved my entire head. Worse barber show ever. Never go here!!!?

β Abdallah E. Β· with Isaac "Jerz" Mantilla
If youβre looking for a quality haircut that is consistently delivered, by a barber who is wise beyond his years you need to come to this shop and ask for Jerz. Jerz is as transparent as they come, a gentlemen who recognizes the importance of time management with a skillful hand and eye to match. Accolades aside, Jerz provides an environment where quality meets value and it extends far beyond a haircut. For over a year I have frequented this location bi-weekly leaving refreshed, confident and at peace as most male clients would expect from the therapy that is a haircut. You would be doing yourself a disservice in choosing to invest elsewhere, where most barbers would treat the client as a paycheck and nothing more.

Got Dave. Did exactly what I wanted
β D C.
Dave at Finesse It Pro barbershop took care of me beyond 5 stars. I had gone to NY Legends on W water Avenue and they pointed me to a barber which ended up messing up my haircut and my beard, which resulted in me having to walk out with my son. We found Finesse It Pro and they took care of both of us right away. Fixed my haircut and gave my son a great haircut. If you need a haircut please go see Dave at Finesse It Pro.

β Maraud P.
Originally born and raised in Miami, came out here for work. Needed a cut asap, they were open; besides the fact that they were open. The barbers are professional, and made me feel right at home. And more importantly, clean cut, they know what theyβre doing up here. Salute.
β Juan G.
My boyfriend & I decided to start our vacation with him getting a much-needed haircut, in up and beard shaping and trim. This young lady got my Boo right!!!!
β Francesca H.
Accidentally booked the wrong barber, my usual barber didnβt have any openings early morning. Charles took me right away and I was not disappointed. For all the younger guys out there like myself, Charles knows a lot about life and the important things. Great cut and a great convo. The only advice I can give based off experience of getting cuts is donβt be afraid to use that shaver for a skin fade. But no one is perfect and we all learn and get better each day.
β Casey V.
Not only will you get a clean cut. Youβll feel right at home with their incredible vibes. Power couple Barbers πlove their work. Recommend all barbers

β Bruce L.
Ok I donβt understand who would allow someone to work in a barbershop who clearly cannot cut hair. This guy didnβt get the concept of putting a guard on the thing to actually get a straight cut while trying to give someone a precise length the whole hair cut was uneven and just down right bad. I went to my buddies place praying he could bald fade my hair just to fix this persons mistake. Thankfully he did but he was also amazed that someone allowed me to walk out of their business like that. Iβm not a doctor so I donβt pretend to be one. Your not a barber bro stop wasting peopleβs time.

β Isaiah Z. Β· with De Hair Doctor
Jerz is the real deal! His work is precise like a scientist with the eye of an artist. He really cares about providing quality service to his clients which is v rare. I got a botched bleach and tone job at a designer salon which will remain nameless. I called up my guy and asked him to please help me out and he took me on super short notice. He told me if I couldnβt fix it then Iβd turn you away but I canβ¦and boy did he deliver. By the time I got out of the chair, he saved my hair, I didnβt have to shave it all off, and he had this proud smirk on his face like yeah I did that. If you want quality and consistency from a seasoned hair professional you donβt go anywhere else, you go to Jerz.
β Vinnie H. Β· with Isaac "Jerz" Mantilla

After trying a few barbershops in the area I finally found my spot. First cut, I started as a walk in and instantly knew Iβd be in good hands. The atmosphere is laid back and you can tell they all enjoy working together. David has been my go to Barber and he never disappoints. He takes his time and pay attention to the little details but youβre not in his chair forever. A good group of guys that are passionate about their craft and just good vibes overall. 10 out of 10.

Waited for over 30mins while the barber was taking his sweet time to cut someone's hair only to be told it was $25 for a tape. Not an actual haircut just a line up. I didn't even want the back of my hair lined up just a simple tape which at any respectable barbershop is $10-$15. Not to mention he wasn't even nice about his approach or willing to budge on the price. I would not recommend going here unless you like being overcharged.

Great at what he does. One of the best barbers I ever been too. He cut me and my son for years while in York. Best barber in the business as far as I'm concerned. Real professional and on time. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Good Luck in Tampa my boy.
β Dave L.
Best haircut I've had in a while! Was in the area for a trip and stopped in, they definitely take the time to make sure you get a fresh cut that makes you feel confident. The owners a great guy, and connects with his customers.
β Rolando L.
My husband used to get his hair cut faithfully every 1 to 2 weeks by Jerz and De Mantilla for the past 11 years, and he takes his hair seriously. He gets a bald temple fade and style. The line ups were always on point and it gave him more confidence to tackle his day. They each would do designs for my sons hair. Which were amazing. De Mantilla whenever I finally get my hair cut would do such a great job. I would feel like a brand new person when I would leave the shop. She did so many different styles, and I would recieve so many compliments. Whenever we are down in the area in tampa, best believe we are getting some cuts and styles. York has definately taken a big hit for this company leaving.
β Edla B.

This man is the truth. Very reasonable rate and cares about his clients. When youβre in his chair he treats you as if you are at his home, makes you feel like you listened to and welcomed. He cut my hair just the way I asked and made suggestions and explained why those suggestions were made and helped explain how my hair grows. He has experience with tons of hair styles and it made me feel relaxed how well he spoke about his knowledge of his cuts. Iβve gone to at least 5 different barbers in Tampa, none could get my style right until I went here. Highly recommend and will be back many times over.
β Kali M.

I've been going to Jerz for years to get a haircut. Everytime I went to his barbershop, it's always a great experience. You always leave in a good mood and looking great. He's truly the best barber you could ever meet.

I only left a 5 star review because it wouldn't let me leave 6 stars. No lie in 34 years never seen a barber as professional and skilled. Its not just a cut and trim..its a true experience w/ a consultation, finding your true edge, touch ups and attention to detail. You should be charging more than he is but thats Jerz's style. Always over delivering. Once you get a cut from Jerz you'll see what you've been missing.

Amazing barber. I needed a cut last minute because my barber went on vacation and it was beyond my expectations. I will definitely comeback. He pay very close to attention to detail and he is open if you want to change something. At first I was like its alot of money but for what he does its worth it.Amazing cut. I rather pay alot for the best service than to pay cheap for terrible service.Definitely worth the money.
